Klotho蛋白在急性肾损伤诊治中的研究进展

摘要: Klotho基因最初被认为是一种抗衰老相关的基因,近年来该基因编码的蛋白抗炎症反应、抗氧化应激、抗凋亡、调节组织自噬和钙磷代谢等多种作用也逐渐被发现。相关研究表明Klotho蛋白可参与多种肾脏疾病的发生发展,其中Klotho与急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury, AKI)的诊治密切相关,不仅有望成为AKI早期诊断的生物标志物,甚至有望成为其治疗靶点。现就Klotho蛋白在AKI诊治中的研究进展进行详细阐述。

Abstract: Klotho gene was originally thought to be an anti-aging gene.In recent years, its’ anti-inflammatory response, anti-oxidative stress, anti-apoptosis, regulation of tissue autophagy, calcium and phosphorus metabolism and other functions have been gradually discovered.Related studies have shown that Klotho can participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of kidney diseases, among which Klotho is closely related to the diagnosis and treatment of acute kidney injury(AKI), which is expected to become not only a biomarker for early diagnosis of AKI, but also a therapeutic target.This article reviews the research progress of Klotho in the diagnosis and treatment of AKI in detali.
