社区老年心肌梗死患者主观幸福感现状及影响因素分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的调查社区老年心肌梗死患者主观幸福感现状及影响因素,并探讨有效干预措施。方法选取洛阳市某社区2020年5月至2021年2月老年心肌梗死患者110例作为研究对象,采用现有文献研究结果制定的一般资料调查表和总体幸福感量表对研究对象进行调查研究。调查其主观幸福感现状,分析影响因素,并予以护理干预。结果社区老年心肌梗死患者主观幸福感评分整体低于中国常模,其中男性评分与女性评分均低于中国常模的男性及女性评分(P<0.05);性别、职业、居住环境、经济压力及合并症均为社区老年心肌梗死患者主观幸福感的影响因素(P<0.05);经Logistic多因素分析,与子女同住是社区老年心肌梗死患者主观幸福感的保护因素,农民、性别女、经济状况差、有合并症为社区老年心肌梗死患者主观幸福感的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论社区老年心肌梗死患者主观幸福感较低,性别女、经济状况差、有合并症、农民均为影响其主观幸福感的危险因素,据此制定有效护理措施能提高老年心肌梗死患者的主观幸福感,有利于病情改善。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the subjective well-being status and influencing factors of elderly patients with myocardial infarction in the community and explore effective intervention measures.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with myocardial infarction from May 2020 to February 2021 in a community in Luoyang City were selected as the research objects.The general information questionnaire and the overall well-being scale developed by the existing literature research were used to investigate the research objects.The status of their subjective well-being were examined and the influencing factors analyzed to provide nursing intervention measures.Results The overall subjective well-being scores of elderly patients with myocardial infarction in the community were lower than the Chinese norm.Male scores and female scores were lower than the Chinese norms of men and women(P<0.05).Gender,occupation,living environment,economic pressure,and complications were all influencing factors of the subjective well-being of elderly patients with myocardial infarction in the community(P<0.05).After Logistic multi-factor analysis,living with their children was a protective factor for the subjective well-being of elderly patients with myocardial infarction in the community.Poor conditions and comorbidities were risk factors for the subjective well-being of elderly patients with myocardial infarction in the community(P<0.05).Conclusion Community elderly patients with myocardial infarction have low subjective well-being.Gender,female,poor economic status,comorbidities,and farmers are all risk factors that affect their subjective well-being.Based on this,formulating the best nursing measures can improve the subjective well-being of elderly patients with myocardial infarction. The sense of happiness is conducive to the improvement of his condition.
