瑞典安宁疗护模式——6S模型的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 6S模型是一种实用的安宁疗护照护模式,本质是以人为本,促进患者实现尊严死,经验证可应用于护理工作各个环节中,为患者及护士提供帮助。该模式对于推进处于探索阶段的国内安宁疗护护理工作可提供一定的借鉴和指导作用。

Abstract: 6S model is a practical concept in hospice care, the essence is person-centered palliative and it's aim is to promote patients' death with dignity. It has been verified that it could be applied to many aspects of nursing work to help patients and nurses. This model can provide some reference and guidance for promoting the domestic hospice care in the exploratory stage.
