病例联合情景演练模拟为基础的教学模式在麻醉本科教育中的应用

摘要: 目的 探讨病例联合情景演练模拟为基础的教学模式在麻醉本科教育中的应用效果。方法 选取贵州医科大学麻醉学院2020级麻醉学110名本科生,随机分为传统模拟教学组(A组)55名,病例联合情景演练模拟教学组(B组)55名。2组模拟实训授课课时相同,其中A组用模拟教学设备辅助理论教学;B组在A组的基础上采用课前发放典型病例资料和视频资料预习,课中情景演练和分角色扮演进行教学。教学结束,比较2组学生的模拟实训课程理论考核成绩、教学满意度问卷调查结果以评价教学模式的应用效果。结果 B组实训课程考核成绩优于A组(P<0.05)。B组男生实训课程考核成绩优于A组男生(P<0.05)。比较2组学生教学内容、教学体验、教学效果的满意度以及教师对带教学生学习积极主动性的满意度,B组高于A组(P<0.05)。结论 病例联合情景演练模拟为基础的教学模式能提高模拟实训教学的理论考核成绩,激发学生的课程学习兴趣,同时提高学生的教学内容、教学形式以及教学体验的满意度。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effects of the teaching mode based on case joint scenario exercise simulation in undergraduate anesthesia education. Methods A total of 110 anesthesiology undergraduates of grade 2020 in the Department of Anesthesiology of Guizhou Medical University were selected and randomly divided into the traditional simulation teaching group(group A)with 55 students and the case joint scenario exercise simulation teaching group(group B)with 55 students. The two groups have the same simulated training class hours, in which group A uses simulated teaching equipment to assist theoretical teaching; On the basis of group A, group B was taught by distributing typical case data and video data, scene drills and role plays in class. At the end of the teaching, the theoretical assessment results of the simulation training course and the teaching satisfaction questionnaire results of the two groups of students were compared to evaluate the application effect of the teaching mode. Results The assessment results of the practical training courses in group B were better than those in group A(P<0.05). The performance of the practical training courses for male students in group B was better than that of male students in group A(P<0.05). Comparing the satisfaction of two groups with teaching content, teaching experience, teaching effectiveness, and the satisfaction of teachers with the initiative of teaching students, group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching mode based on case joint scenario exercise simulation can improve the theoretical assessment results of simulation training teaching, stimulate students' interest in course learning, and improve students' satisfaction with teaching content, teaching form and teaching experience.
