Abstract: Objective To summarize the experiences of high quality nursing service in obstetrics application. Methods The hardware facilities were improved and perfected; the training of nurses was strengthened, the quality circle group and lfexible working schedule were established;the post worklfow was revised;and one to one accompany childbirth approach was applied; the connotation of health education was improved; the nursing notes about obstetric clinical practice were simpliifed. Results High quality nursing service upgraded the obstetric nursing quality, the patients’ satisfactions were promoted. Conclusion High quality nursing service can protect obstetric nursing service standardization, process and ensure continuity of high quality service and improve patients’ satisfaction greatly.
