The application status of anticoagulant drugs in systemic lupus erythematosus

Abstract

Abstract: Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease which could be involved in every system all over the body.And its pathogenesis is immune-mediated vasculitis.In numerous studies,we can find that the anticoagulants have been used in treatment of system lupus erythematosus(SLE)and its complications,and it becomes more and more popular.What more,as an adjunctive therapy for the systemic lupus erythematosus,traditional Chinese medicine also been added in,such as blood circulation drugs.This article reviews research progress on the application of anticoagulant drugs in systemic lupus erythematosus.
