Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of continuing nursing on self-cognition and compliance with type 2 diabetes patients.Methods 157 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group(77 cases)and experimental group(80 cases).The patients in both control group and experiment group were given routine care,besides,patients in experiment group were also give continuing nursing.Self-cognition and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results The score of self-cognition(22.60±0.61)in experimental group were higher than those in control group(15.61±1.30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuing nursing could improve self-cognition and compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes.
