Abstract

Abstract: To analyze the necessity of general hospital participating in hospice care service system and the functional orientation of general hospital and community health service center in regional hospice care service system,this paper reviews the exploration and practice of “1 + 11” hospice care service system in Putuo District from the perspective of tiered medical services.The effectiveness and necessity of the establishment of the service system are demonstrated through the preliminary effectiveness analysis, providing reference for the exploratory work of hospice care in other pilot areas.
