Abstract: Objective To understand the level of reproductive concern in gynecological cancer patients, and explore its status and influencing factors. Methods Reproductive Concerns after Cancer Scale(RCACs)and Self-perceived Burden Scale for Cancer Patients(SPBS-CP)were collected from 134 gynecologic cancer patients. Results Average RCAC score in gynecological cancer patients was 48.88±13.59.SPBS-CP score was 50.92±17.38.There were differences in reproductive concern levels among patients in different groups(age, willingness to bear children, number of children, content of communication, and self-perceived burden level)(P<0.01).Self-perceived burden and all dimensions were positively correlated with reproductive concern(P< 0.01). After multiple linear regression analysis:Fertility willingness and self-perceived burden were important independent influencing factors of reproductive concern in gynecological cancer patients(P< 0.01).Conclusion Gynecological cancer patients reproductive concern is above medium level. Attention should be paid to those with reproductive needs and heavy self-perceived burden. Taking effective measures to reduce the self-perceived burden of patients through the joint efforts of the government, the hospital and the family can alleviate their reproductive concern.
