Objective To study the effects of interferon-α2b(IFN-α2b)on proliferation and apoptosis and the influence with programmed death-1(PD-1)and programmed death ligand-1(PD-L1)of JAK2 V617F positive human erythroleukemia HEL cells. Methods Different concentrations of IFN-α2b were applied to human erythroleukemia HEL cell lines. CCK-8 was used to detect cell viability and caspase-3/7 activity was detected by caspase-3/7 activity assay kit. The expression levels of JAK2, PD-1 and PD-L1 mRNA were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Flow cytometry was used to detect the effects of different concentrations of interferon-α2b on the expression of PD-1 and PD-L1 protein in HEL. Results Different concentrations of IFN-α2b could inhibit HEL cell proliferation in time and dose-dependent manner. IFN-α2b could increase caspase-3/7 activity of HEL cells in a dose and time-dependent manner; IFN-α2b could reduce JAK2 V617F mutation in a dose-dependent manner, inhibit the expression of PD-1 mRNA and protein, and slightly increase the expression of PD-L1.Conclusion IFN -α2b may inhibit HEL proliferation and participate in the regulation of PD-1/PD-L1 expression.

Myopia is a common disease in the population, and its incidence is increasing year by year, especially in children and adolescents, seriously affecting their physical and mental health. Binocular vision refers to that two eyes see at the same time, while external objects fall on the retina, forming retinal images, nerve excitatory transmission go to the brain higher center, so that the visual signals of two eyes merge into a single perceptual object. When viewing stereoscopic objects, due to the difference of normal pupil distance and the angle of faxation, the images formed on the retina of the two eyes are not completely symmetrical and have certain horizontal difference. This phenomenon is called Binocular Parallax, which gives us stereoscopic perception. Many studies have shown that binocular vision functions such as accommodation, convergence, stereoscopic vision and the development of myopia interact. The purpose of this article is to review the developments of binocular vision function and myopia in order to provide reference for the prevention and control of myopia to choose effective and appropriate programs.

Retinal vein occlusion(RVO)is the most common retinal vascular disease and one of the most common causes of blindness. The incidence of RVO increases with age. Most patients are over 65 years old, but the age of onset of the disease is also getting younger because of changes in the Chinese diet. Macular edema, often accompanied by retinal vein occlusion, is also a major cause of vision loss in patients with the disease. At present, there are many treating approaches for the patients with retinal vein occlusion combined with macular edema. Each method has its different effects due to the individual differences of the patients. To date, different treatment schemes are conducted according to the patients' own conditions, and most of them are combined with several treatment methods. By consulting relevant literatures and personal experience in the process of treating patients, the author summarizes and discusses the prospects of the treatment methods, curative effects, prognosis and costs of retinal vein occlusion complicated with macular edema, so as to find potential problems and influencing factors and explore the best clinical treatment regimen.

Kümmell's disease(KD)is a delayed form of vertebral ischemic necrosis after minor trauma. KD shows delayed vertebral compression fracture, and the most common lesion is at the junction of thoracolumbar spine. Patients with KD often have a history of minor trauma. Although the postoperative pain disappears, the symptoms often relapse and worsen, and kyphosis deformity occurs many years later. The diagnosis of KD depends not only on imaging technology, but also on the comprehensive analysis of patients' medical history and clinical symptoms. Intraspinal fracture caused by trauma is considered to be the most important feature in the diagnosis of KD. Patients with KD can adopt different treatment schemes according to whether there is nerve defect. Patients with KD without nerve defect can be treated with conservative treatment, percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP), percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)and other methods. However, the above methods are often accompanied by leakage of bone cement. With the development of modern medicine and technology, in order to reduce the leakage of bone cement, clinicians have made a series of improvements to the operation on the basis of PVP, PKP, anterior reconstruction and posterior osteotomy, which effectively reduces the occurrence of complications and improves the quality of life of patients.

Objective To explore the mediating effect of nurse practice environment on safety attitude and occupational well-being and give analysis of the role of working environment on safety attitude-occupational well-being. Methods From October to December,2021,cluster sampling was used to select 1 939 nurses from 5 tertiary hospitals in Baoding City as study subjects. The Nursing Work Index-Revised,the revised Chinese version of Safety Attitude Questionnaire(SAQ),and medical workers' occupational well-being scale were used to collect the data through “Question Star” on nurses' practicing environment and safety attitude and occupational well-being and analyze their correlation and mediating effect. Results 1939 nurses had a mean practicing environment score of 68.81±27.79,the mean SAQ score was 111.28±14.38, and the mean occupational well-being score of 62.43±28.17. Nurses' practicing environment and safety attitude, occupational well-being and safety attitude, occupational well-being and nurses' practicing environment were all significantly positively correlated(r=0.626,0.690,0.699,all P <0.05).Both of nurses' practicing environment and safety attitude could significantly predict occupational well-being. The mediating effect of nurses' practicing environment between occupational well-being and safety attitude was 0.268,which accounted for 42.405 percent of the total effect. Conclusion The nurses' practicing environment, safety attitude and occupational well-being of the third-grade hospitals in Baoding are not satisfactory. As part of the intermediary variables, the practice environment indirectly influences the relationship between safety attitudes and occupational well-being. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the nurse's working environment, strengthen the safety attitude, and promote the nurses' occupational happiness.

Objective To understand the level of reproductive concern in gynecological cancer patients, and explore its status and influencing factors. Methods Reproductive Concerns after Cancer Scale(RCACs)and Self-perceived Burden Scale for Cancer Patients(SPBS-CP)were collected from 134 gynecologic cancer patients. Results Average RCAC score in gynecological cancer patients was 48.88±13.59.SPBS-CP score was 50.92±17.38.There were differences in reproductive concern levels among patients in different groups(age, willingness to bear children, number of children, content of communication, and self-perceived burden level)(P<0.01).Self-perceived burden and all dimensions were positively correlated with reproductive concern(P< 0.01). After multiple linear regression analysis:Fertility willingness and self-perceived burden were important independent influencing factors of reproductive concern in gynecological cancer patients(P< 0.01).Conclusion Gynecological cancer patients reproductive concern is above medium level. Attention should be paid to those with reproductive needs and heavy self-perceived burden. Taking effective measures to reduce the self-perceived burden of patients through the joint efforts of the government, the hospital and the family can alleviate their reproductive concern.

Objective To analyze the learning styles of medical students and explore the influence of different learning styles on the training of laparoscopic camera navigation training. Methods Before the laparoscopic camera navigation training of camera assistants, 60 interns and 40 postgraduates were assessed with Kolb learning style scale; then the differences of learning style characteristics between interns and postgraduates were analyzed and compared, as well as the influence of different learning style characteristics on the laparoscopic camera navigation training. Results There were significant differences in learning styles characteristics between interns and postgraduates(P<0.001). In the Intern Group, the diverging learning style is the main one, while in the postgraduate group, the converging learning style is the main one(P<0.001). Learning style characteristics have a significant impact on the effect of laparoscopic camera navigation training. The average number of errors in each cycle of centering, neutral horizon and optimum distance of interns and postgraduates with the converging learning style were significantly less than those with diverging, assimilating and accommodating learning styles(P<0.001). Conclusion There are significant differences among medical students in learning style characteristics. Learning style characteristics have a significant impact on the training effects in laparoscopic camera navigation training. In medical education, we should give full consideration to the differences in learning style characteristics, and give full play to the advantages of students' learning styles.
