Abstract: To search for a new teaching model of basic medicine which is based on classroom teaching and aided by network teaching, a platform of network course of pathophysiology was designed and set up. Practice and questionnaire survey indicated that application of network course saved some time of, improved the efficiency and enriched the contents of classroom teaching. Application of network course promoted the students self-study ability and the interaction between teaching and learning. The teaching model is feasible and shows a decided advantage over traditional classroom teaching.
