The clinical observation of treatment of tubal obstruction infertility tubal under placental tissue fluid joint hysteroscopic

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To investigate the placental tissue lfuid therapy combined hysteroscopic tubal obstruction infertility. Methods 50 cases of patients with infertility to exclude male infertility factors, and the woman of the other aspects of infertility factors, line salpingography, and bilateral tubal obstruction, were randomly divided into two groups, of which 25 were divided into study groups given placental tissue fluid treatment underwent hysteroscopic tubal, remaining 25 patients as a control group, a simple application tubal. Results After treatment placental tissue fluid combined with hysteroscopy pregnancy rate of the treatment group compared with the control group improved signiifcantly. Conclusion Clinically it is proven, placental tissue lfuid combined hysteroscopic tubal obstruction infertility fallopian tube recanalization rate can increasa chances of pregnancy, which is worthing promoting.
