Abstract: Objective To study the effects of the frame-based teaching approach in Medical Immunology. Methods Before teaching, students of experimental class and control class were done questionnaires about basic knowledge of immunology, then analyzed the effects of the frame-based teaching approach in Medical Immunology, according to comparing the students’ achivements of frame-based approach and cramming method between the experimental class and the control class. Results Before teaching, scores of two class showed no difference(P>0.05). After teaching, scores of mid-term and end-term showed normal distribution and were credible, scores of experimental class are higher than that of the control class(P<0.01) which had signiifcant difference. Conclusion The frame-based approach using in teaching Medical Immunology can stimulate the students’ interest and initiative, promote the efifciency and the effects of the study.
