Abstract: This study was based on questionaire, interviews, discussion and filed research to analyze the situation of a public hospital of Shijiazhuang before and after the integration. Meanwhile, it adopted the experience from both domestic and overseas public hospitals, and based on the local environment to propose the solutions of the problems and shortcomings that might exist in the integration process. This study also provided suggestions about exploring the pattern of integration of health care resources, and setting a new model to the local area and the whole country.
