Abstract: The discipline construction is the key work of the development and reform of a hospital. The level of the discipline construction can objectively reflect the comprehensive strength of the hospital. Under the background of medical reform and hospital construction in the new era, improving the construction of key clinical disciplines is very significant for maintaining the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals and realizing the sustainable development of hospitals. The authors discuss the construction and management of the key clinical subjects in the new era from the aspects of technical projects, personnel training, scientific research, humanistic quality and management innovation.
