Abstract: ObjectiveTo evaluate enclosed treatment efficiency of perianal condyloma through fulguration in combination with interferon. Methods 51 cases with perianal warts (study group) were treated with fulguration combined with local interferon, 51 cases (control group) were treated with fulguration to compare one-time cure rate and the recurrence after treating for 12 weeks.Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly less than of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe cure rate of perianal condyloma treated with fulguration in combination with interferon is high, the recurrence rate is low, the therapy can significantly alleviate the suffering of patients, which can be easily accepted by patients.
