Effects of individualized nursing intervention on the arteriovenous fistula in treating patients with hemodialysis

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on the arteriovenous fistula in treating patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods From April, 2014 to April, 2015, 95 patients with arteriovenous fistula were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in control group, 47 cases in control group were treated with nursing intervention. Results In the observation group, the incidence rate of the loss of the arteriovenous fistula, the knowledge awareness, comfort degree of patients, nursing job satisfaction were better than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis, increase the patient's satisfaction with nursing work and improve the quality of life of patients.
