Abstract: Objective To detect the abnormal symptoms early and prevent severe complications in the puerpral women. Methods Nurses observed the puerpral women and recorded the abnormal symptoms following the postpartum nursing clinical path forms which was developed according to the reference books and clinical data,collected and analysed the related data of six months from January to July in 2015 and 2014.Results Tha cases of postpartum hemorrage in 2015 were compared with that of 2014,there were no significant differences.Compared the data of 2014,the cases of blood transfusion resulted from severe postpartum hemorrhage in 2015 were less than that of 2014,the rates of abnormal symptoms detected by nurses in 2015 were more than that of 2014,there were signi ficant differences.Conclusion Nurses behavior can be regulated,especially the new hirely nurses. The abnormal symptoms can be detected early in puerpera with employing the clinical nursing path form which was scientific, practical and simple. Postpartum hemorrhage and other’s complications can be prevented and treated in the early stage with the use of the form.
