Abstract: Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing of the 62 elderly female under went pelvic reconstruction. Methods Well psychological care of patients, improved the preoperative preparation, postoperative postural guidance, pain care, perineal care, voiding observation, diet and bowel health education, complications observation, discharge instructions and other care measures were conducted. Results 52 patients were cured in (83.9%), 10 patients improved (16.1%). two cases were dysuria after stopping catheter, after re-cathetered the symptoms improved and discharged; one case occurred incontinence during hospitalization, symptoms improved by anti-inflammatory rehydration therapy; one case occurred Mesh erosion after 3 months, after trimming mesh, anti-inflammatory treatment,the symptoms improved; one case appeared deep vein thrombosis after 5d , were discharged after conservative treatment. Conclusion Quality personalized care is a key factor for avoiding relapse to improve the success rate of pelvic reconstruction surgery, reduce complications.
