Review on happiness index of fitness exercise

Abstract: Healthy life is the premise of creating and enjoying happiness. Fitness is helpful to improve the health level and happiness index. Happiness index is the comprehensive evaluation index of the quality of life ,including subjective evaluation and objective measurement. Fitness exercise to the happiness index influence involved in emotion well-being, cognition well-being, flow and psychological well-being, etc. Integrate the happiness conception, construct a comprehensive model of happiness, adopt the unified standard measuring tool to investigate all of group, and in-depth analysis of the mechanism of intermediary role, overall, thorough and complete study of the effect of fitness exercise on well-being are the keys of the future research .
