Abstract: Objective To study the effects of replacement therapy in children with chronic sinusitis. Methods Sixty-nine children with chronic sinusitis were recruited and divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were treated with replacement therapy from March 2012 to May 2014, and the control group Children with conventional drug therapy to observe the results of treatment. Results The total effective rate was 94.29% in the experimental group(P<0.05), which was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Replacement therapy is an important method for the treatment of chronic sinusitis in children.
