Abstract: Objective To analyze the difference between scenario simulation teaching and traditional teaching in pediatric kidney and rheumatic disease. Methods Medical students of 2015 grade who came to have clinical practice in Department of Pediatric kidney and Rheumatic Disease of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group(scenario simulation method)and the control group(traditional method). Scores of theory, practical operation test and teacher's teaching satisfaction of two groups of were compared. Results There were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group regarding of theory and practical operation test scores in the students(P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences between the two groups concerning of the teacher teaching satisfaction scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method, the scenario simulation teaching method has a positive effect on improving medical students' knowledge on pediatric kidney and rheumatic disease and learning ability, and the teaching effect feedbacks are much more better.
