Abstract: With the rapid development of reproductive medicine, thetraining of post-gruaduate student of reproductive medicine becomes one of the most important keys in the development of this field. It involves in many other subjects and requires high level of moral principles, so teaching and training become more and more difficult. A training model named “training on stage” created by our centers on PBL-TBL, SP teaching, in order to enhance the clinical ability and communication skills and improve teaching quality and efficiency.
