Abstract: Objective To explore the rationality of curriculum arrangement of PBL as a new educational model in different stages of medical college education. Methods Based on the perspective of students, we reviewed the previous courses and summary made through our own practice and thinking. Results The author thought that the undergraduate curriculum of PBL should pay attention to the difference of students' knowledge accumulation in different academic years, and the content of undergraduate curriculum should have different emphasis in different stages. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the application of students' basic knowledge and medical humanities, the cultivation of the doctor-patient communication ability, and the improvement of medical students' professional accomplishment.
