Abstract: In order to study the satisfaction degree of local preventive medicine students about nutrition and food hygiene experiment, the attitude of the preventive medicine students toward whole course, practical experience part, pre-lesson previewing situation and self-learning situation were studied by questionnaire survey and panel method. The problems existing in the teaching process were analyzed, some suggestions were put forward to improve the teaching quality and level.
