Abstract: CBS combined with RISE teaching mode is oriented by cases and related issues, and which combines literature materials to guide students to analyze cases under the guidance of teachers. The purpose of this model is to train students to analyze and solve problems in practical cases, establish clinical and sanitary inspection thinking and practice. The CBS-RISE teaching mode has been introduced into the teaching of analytical chemistry in medical universities, and compared with the traditional teaching mode. The teaching effect is evaluated through the process evaluation, formative assessment, the examination result, and the questionnaire survey and so on. The results show that CBS-RISE teaching method not only enables students to master the basic theory and principle, but also improves the comprehensive ability of students, and achieves a good teaching effect.
