Abstract: Adrenal adenoma is a common tumor in clinical practices. At present, initial progress has been made in the identification of adrenal benign and malignant tumors, functional adrenal adenoma subtypes, lipid adenoma and pheochromocytoma. Studies on adrenal adenoma are mainly carried out through texture analysis and histogram analysis, which can effectively evaluate tumor atypia and provide effective help in clinical decision-making.In addition, the normogram model combining clinical features and imaging features has a good identification effect for functional adrenal adenoma subtypes. The purpose of this article is to review the current status, problems and prospects of imaging in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal adenoma, and the prediction, monitoring and prognosis of treatment strategies.
