Abstract: Brain metastases are intracranial malignant tumors with high incidence and poor prognosis, brain metastases from lung cancer are the most common in clinical practice. MR is the preferred imaging diagnosis method for intracranial tumors, and MRI imagingomics is gradually applied to the precise and individualized diagnosis and treatment of brain metastases. With the continuous in-depth research on the connection between genes and tumors, tumor diagnosis is extended to the direction of molecular genetics. Radiogenomics is a method of fusing imaging phenotypes with genes and molecules, using non-invasive and accurate methods to detect tumors. The molecular genetic changes of the disease have been widely used in tumor discovery, treatment guidance and prognosis prediction, etc. This article reviews the feasibility and research progress of MRI radiogenomics radio genomics in brain metastases.
