摘要： 目前中医临床上广泛应用的中药多为常用药,民间草药虽然疗效独特,临床上应用的却比较少,这与民间草药在历史文献以及专业书籍上的记载过于简单以及缺乏相关的临床科学研究有着密不可分的关系。结合相关文献以及个人体会,就如何在临床上合理应用民间草药,扬长避短,起到安全有效的作用提供几点思路,以期为临床上提供参考。

Abstract: At present,medicinal herbs are widely used in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine,although the efficacy of folk herbal medicine is unique,its clinical application is relatively small,and the records of folk herbal medicine in the historical literature and professional books are too simple,and lack of relevant close relationship in clinical science research.In this article the authors discuss on how to apply folk herbs,avoid its weaknesses and develop a safe and effective role in clinical practices through personal experience combined with relevant literature to provide clinical reference.
