保定莲池区女大学生生殖保健现状与对策

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解保定莲池区女大学生日常生殖保健现状、知识水平以及需求状况,并探讨解决生殖保健相关问题的合理性对策。方法采用半结构式访谈与现场自填问卷相结合的方法收集数据,以现况调查为主要研究方法,利用多阶段分层抽样方法进行抽样,并运用χ²检验与多因素Logistic回归进行数据整理与分析。结果调查显示,27.35%的女大学生坚持平均每天清洗外阴,37.09%的女大学生因妇科疾病感到身体不适而选择拖延就诊。Logistic回归结果显示,阴道分泌物异常与妊娠或流产情况、外阴受伤史以及婚姻状况有关,66.32%的大学生知道13种避孕方法,知晓乙肝为性传播疾病仅占26.15%,76.41%的人希望通过学校教育获取生殖保健相关资料。结论大多数的女大学生存在生殖健康问题,在生殖保健方面仍有着很大缺陷,生殖保健知识掌握水平中等偏下,对于生殖保健技能和知识的获取尚存在较大需求。

Abstract: Objective To understand the daily reproductive health status, knowledge levels and demands of female college students in Lotus area and discuss the rational countermeasures to solve the problems related to reproductive health care. Methods Semi-structured interview and field self-filling questionnaire were used to collect data. The prevalence study was applied as the main research method, the multistage stratified sampling method was used to sample, and the data were collated and analyzed with χ² test and multifactor logistic regression. Results The survey showed that 27.35% of female college students persisted on the average daily cleaning vulva, 37.09% of female college students selected to delay the treatment of gynecological disease. Logistic regression results showed the status of the abnormal vaginal secretion and pregnancy or abortion, genital injury history and marital status. 66.30% of the students knew 13 contraceptive methods, 26.15% knew hepatitis B as sexually transmitted diseases only, 76.41% students hoped to obtain reproductive health-related information through college education. Conclusion The majority of female college students have reproductive health problems, there are still great defects in reproductive health care, reproductive health knowledge mastery level is low, there is still a great demand for reproductive health skills and knowledge acquisition for college students.
