医学院校学生实验室安全认知现况及其影响因素

摘要: 目的 对某医学院校实验室安全认知现状进行调查,分析相关影响因素。 方法 在本科生与研究生开设实验课程较多的专业,采用统一调查问卷并对回答情况进行统计学分析。结果 实验室整体情况的正确率为72.46%~93.68%,知晓率为85.58%。个人实验室经历部分各个条目之间正确率为22.32%~96.52%,知晓率为42.19%,总体知晓率为65.27%。实验室安全认知分析比较,性别、年龄、年级、专业差异有显著性(χ2=16.07,χ2=51.84,χ2=92.79,χ2=13.84,P<0.05)。Logistic分析表明,性别(OR=0.718, 95% CI=0.606~0.851)、年龄(OR=1.335, 95% CI=1.204~1.480)、专业(OR=1.243, 95% CI=1.039~1.486)是实验室安全认知现况的主要影响因素。结论 该高校学生实验室整体情况知晓程度较高,但实验室知识水平还有待进一步提高,应加强监管,消除潜在安全隐患。

Abstract: Objective To explore current status of laboratory safety cognition among students in a medical university and analyze the relevant influencing factors. Methods In undergraduate and graduate students with more experimental courses, a unified questionnaire was used and the answers were statistically analyzed. Results The accuracy range in the laboratory situation was 72.46%-93.68%, and the awareness rate was 85.58%.The accuracy range was 22.32%-96.52% in personal laboratory experience, 42.19% in awareness rate, and 65.27% in overall awareness rate. The differences of gender, age, grade and major were significant(χ2=16.07,χ2=51.84,χ2=92.79,χ2=13.84,P<0.05). Logistic analysis showed that gender(OR=0.718, 95% CI=0.606-0.851), age(OR=1.335, 95% CI =1.204-1.480)and major(OR=1.243, 95% CI=1.039-1.486)were the main influencing factors for the status of laboratory safety cognition. Conclusion Students in this university have a high degree of cognition about the laboratory situation, but the level of laboratory knowledge still needs to be improved. Therefore, supervision should be strengthened to eliminate potential safety hazards.
