精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响因素研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的针对精神分裂症患者的生活质量情况,研究影响其生活质量的因素,并对目前精神卫生机构临床、药物、心理干预等治疗方法、措施提出改进建议。方法通过网络,以“精神障碍”“精神疾病”“精神分裂症”“精神分裂症患者生活质量”“精神疾病患者生活质量”“生活质量影响因素”和“精神分裂症患者生活质量影响因素”等为关键词,搜集相关文献,并归纳整理相关资料,统一分析并描述。结果精神分裂症患者生活质量显著低于普通人群,影响因素主要有精神分裂症症状严重程度、抑郁症状、社会支持、病耻感等。结论政府应加强精神卫生相关宣教,增强相关社会支持,加强精神卫生医疗机构建设与普及,提高国民精神障碍相关认知度,加强精神障碍诊疗宣教活动,提高民众精神卫生就诊的可及性。

Abstract: Objective To study and summarize the influence factors of quality of life in patients with schizophrenia and recommend some suggestions for improvement for mental health service institutions in the therapeutic method and strategy of clinical, pharmaceutical and psychological intervention therapy. Methods Some relate data through collecting relevant literature through the internet were summarized and collated, the key word of mental disorders, mental illness, patients with schizophrenia, quality of life of patients with schizophrenia, quality of life of patients with mental disorders, influence factors of quality of life, the influence factors of quality of life in patients with schizophrenia and so on were examined, analyzed and subscribed. Results Patients with schizophrenia had poorer quality of life than the general population. The most relevant influence factors included severity of schizophrenia symptom, depressive symptoms, social support and stigma.Conclusion The government should intensify the mental health related publicity and education, enhance social support of patients with mental disorders, develop and popularize mental health service institution, raise the awareness of mental health and mental disorders, enhance the publicizing of mental disorders diagnosis and treatment and improve the accessibility of mental health service for the public.
