摘要/Abstract

摘要： 社区居家养老模式为中国大力推行的养老模式之一,然而由于老年群体的特殊性,社区居家养老模式在实施中存在医护资源短缺、服务人员专业化合作化程度低、多元信息交互不畅、老年人需求表达不完全等问题。欣赏式探询作为一种新兴的组织变革方式为解决以上问题提供了新思路,现从欣赏式探询实现目标角度出发,提出改良社区居家养老模式相关建议,以期为改良社区居家养老模式提供参考。

Abstract: The community home-based elderly care model is one of the elderly care models vigorously implemented in China. However, due to the particularity of the elderly group, there are some problems in the implementation of the community home-based elderly care model, such as the shortage of medical resources, the low degree of specialization and cooperation of service personnel, the poor interaction of multiple information, and the incomplete expression of the needs of the elderly. As a new way of organizational change, appreciative inquiry provides new ideas to solve the above problems. From the perspective of realizing the goal of appreciative inquiry, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to improve the community home-based elderly care model in order to provide reference for improving the community home-based elderly care model.
