摘要： 厚廷琇为20世纪50年代保定市中医妇科名家。整理资料时发现厚廷琇辑录《产宝奇书》手抄孤本,未经刊载,为少见的胎产疾病文献。《产宝奇书》版本少见,流传不广,厚廷琇以丰富的家传妇科经验,辑录原书精要,去粗取精,在原书基础上重新演绎,融汇了厚廷琇胎产疾病学术思想,胎前善用理气和血,产后善用生化汤化裁,对于《产宝奇书》研究及厚廷琇胎产疾病经验均具有重要价值。

Abstract: HOU Tingxiu was a famous gynecologist of traditional Chinese medicine in Baoding in the 1950s.It was found that HOU Tingxiu's compilation of the Chanbao Qishu was a rare literature on fetal and obstetrical diseases. The rare edition of Chanbao Qishu is not widely spread. With rich family heirloom gynecological experience, HOU Tingxiu compiles the essence of the original book, and reinterprets it on the basis of the original book,combined his academic thoughts. The prenatal diseases benefit from applying Liqi and Hexue. The postnatal diseases benefit from using Shenghua Tang. It is of great value to study Chanbao Qishu and HOU Tingxiu's experience in the treatment of fetal and obstetrical diseases.
