踝上截骨术治疗内翻型踝关节骨性关节炎的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 踝上截骨术是治疗中期内翻型踝关节骨性关节炎的有效方法。踝上截骨术的具体术式包括内侧撑开楔形截骨术、外侧闭合楔形截骨术、弧形截骨术、关节内截骨术以及胫骨双平面截骨术。通过对以上术式进行归纳总结,帮助术者在临床中根据病变严重程度和患者的实际情况选择合适的截骨术式。同时对踝上截骨术的一些热点问题和术后并发症进行探讨,对内翻型踝关节骨性关节炎的治疗和未来发展有一定的积极意义。

Abstract: Supramalleolar osteotomy is an effective surgical approach for managing mid-stage varus ankle osteoarthritis. Specific techniques include medial opening-wedge osteotomy, lateral closing-wedge osteotomy, arc-shaped osteotomy, intra-articular osteotomy and tibial double-plane osteotomy. This review aims to summarize these techniques to assist surgeons in selecting the most appropriate procedure based on the severity of deformity and individual patient characteristics. Additionally, this article addresses current controversies and potential postoperative complications associated with supramalleolar osteotomy, providing insights that are valuable for both clinical practice and future research in the treatment of varus ankle osteoarthritis.
