全程临床导师制应用于高年级临床医学生培养

摘要: 目的 本研究通过对河北大学医学院及附属医院联合实施的全程临床导师制教学体系对高年级学生培养过程存在的优势和不足进行分析和总结。方法 对河北大学医学院2014级五年级临床医学生随机分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=60),研究组纳入全程临床导师制教学研究中,选择30名带教老师作为全程导师,对两组学生进行问卷调查、客观结构化考试。结果 实行全程临床导师制的研究组学生在学生满意度调查、促进临床专业课程学习的动力、培养临床思维、实践能力方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全程临床导师制在高年级临床医学生培养过程中具有提高教学质量作用。

Abstract: Objective This study analyzed and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of senior students' cultivation process through the whole-course clinical tutorial teaching system jointly implemented by medical college of hebei university and affiliated hospitals.Methods Five clinical students in grade 2014 of Medical College of Hebei University were randomly divided into research group(n=60)and control group(n=60), 30 teachers were selected as the whole clinical tutor. Questionnaires and objective structured clinical examination were conducted. Results There were statistically significant differences between the research group and the control group(P<0.05)in improving students' satisfaction, promoting the motivation of clinical course learning, and cultivating clinical thinking and practical ability(P<0.05). Conclusion The whole process of clinical guidance system can promote the cultivation of senior clinical medical students.
