摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨延续性护理方法对乳腺癌患者术后功能恢复的影响。方法将≤70 岁的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为 2 组，延续性护理组与对照组，延续性护理组给予延续性护理服务，对照组给予常规护理。结果延续性护理组患肢肩关节功能恢复、患者自理能力以及患者功能锻炼主动性优于对照组。结论进行延续性护理使患者在院外也能得到正确及时的康复指导，对患者患肢功能恢复具有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of continuity care on functional recovery of patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods The patients with breast cancer who were less than or equal to 70 years old were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the continuity nursing group. Continuity nursing care was given in continuation nursing group, and routine nursing care was given in the control group. Results Compared with the control group, the functional recovery of shoulder joint, self-care ability and functional training initiative in the continuity nursing group were all improved. Conclusion The patient may timely get correct recovery guide after continuity of care, which contributes to functional recovery of pathological limbs for patient.
