摘要/Abstract

摘要： Y-box 结合蛋白 1（YB-1）属于冷休克蛋白家族，是一种多功能蛋白。YB-1 参与一系列 DNA/RNA 依赖的事件，如 DNA 的修复、mRNA 选择性剪接、mRNA 稳定性和翻译的调节。YB-1 在细胞增殖、分化、应激反应和恶性细胞的转化等过程中发挥重要的生物学功能。YB-1 在各种类型的肿瘤组织中过表达，在肿瘤的发生和耐药性方面发挥着关键作用。现在，以 YB-1 为靶点治疗肿瘤已经成为研究的热点。

Abstract: Y-box binding protein 1 (YB-1) is a member of the family of DNA-and-RNA-binding proteins, YB-1 participates in a wide variety of DNA/RNA-dependent events, including DNA reparation, pre-mRNA transcription and splicing, regulation of translation, cell proliferation and malignant cell transformation. Studies have demonstraed that abnormal expression of YB-1 has a significant effect on tumorigenesis. Nowadays, YB-1 as targets for cancer therapy has become a hot spot
