对于适当运动可防治糖尿病的新认识

New view on proper exercises in preventing diabetes

摘要: 对于2型糖尿病的预防和治疗,适当运动被看作是一种最有效的非药物方式。适当运动可提高胰岛素的敏感性,减少体脂,提高葡萄糖的吸收。延缓2型糖尿病及其并发症的发生和发展,可考虑阻止胰淀肽沉积,通过运动减少内脏脂肪或药物阻断胰淀肽的生成等措施,适当的运动或可延缓胰岛 B 细胞的功能衰退,保护内源性胰岛素的分泌,增强组织对胰岛素的敏感性,改善血糖代谢,降低血糖和血脂。适当运动防治糖尿病的机制,运动不足导致糖尿病的风险评估,不同类型体质糖尿病患者运动处方的编制与实施等,将成为今后糖尿病研究和防治的重要领域。适当的腹部运动,对于体型和体质成分的改善,减重、减肥以及2型糖尿病的防治具有重要意义。

Abstract: For type 2 diabetes’s prevention and treatment, proper motion is regarded as one of the most effective nonpharmacologic methods. Many studies confirm that appropriate exercise can improve insulin sensitivity, reduce body fat, increase glucose uptake. Taking measures to prevent the amylin peptide deposition, reducing visceral fat through exercise or blocking amylin peptide generation through drugs can prevent islet B cell function failure, protect endogenous insulin secretion, delay the onset of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications and development. The mechanism of appropriate exercise for diabetes prevention and cure, insufifcient exercise leading to diabetes, different types of physical iftness exercise prescription for diabetics preparation and implementation, will become the important areas of diabetes research and control. Proper movement of the abdomen will show important signiifcance at the body composition improvement, weight loss, and prevention of type 2 diabetes.
