摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨丁苯酞软胶囊联合运动疗法对脑卒中后单侧空间忽略正确患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法 120 例单侧空间忽略患者随机分为实验组和对照组，每组 60 人，2 组均接受运动疗法，实验组在给予运动疗法的基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊口服，6 周后采用 4 种单侧空间忽略检查方法有效数及 Barthel 指数评分进行评定。结果与对照组比较，实验组在直线二等分法、线段化销法、字母删除法及 Barthel 指数方面均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；而画钟试验法在部分患者有改善，但 2 组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合运动疗法能够明显改善脑卒中后单侧空间忽略患者的症状，提高日常生活活动能力。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the effect of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with exercise therapy on the motor functional rehabilitation of unilateral spatial neglect(USN) in patients with stroke. Methods 120 cases of USN were randomly divided into two groups, 60 for each. Two groups were both treated with exercise therapy, the experimental group given Butylphthalide on the basis of exercise therapy. After 6 weeks, using 4 kinds of USN method to check the effective number and Barthel index and assessed the score. Results After 6 weeks, the effective number and Barthel index of most check methods were significantly improved in the experimental group thanthat of the control group. There was statistical differences(P>0.05), but not in the Clock Drawing Task CDT group. Conclusion Butylphthalide Soft Capsules combined with exercise therapy can improve the symptoms of USN in patients with stroke and improve their ability to act daily life.
