健身运动的幸福指数效应研究

摘要: 健康的生命是创造与享受幸福的前提.健身有利于提高健康水平和幸福指数.幸福指数是生活质量的综合评价指标,由主观评价和客观测量构成.健身运动对幸福指数影响涉及情绪幸福感、认知幸福感、幸福流和心理幸福感等领域.整合幸福感理念,构建幸福感综合模型,采用统一规范的测量工具,对多群体进行全面调查,深入分析中介机制的作用,全面、深入、完整地探究健身运动对幸福感的效应是未来研究的专攻方向.

Abstract: Healthy life is the premise of creating and enjoying happiness. Fitness is helpful to improve the health level and happiness index. Happiness index is the comprehensive evaluation index of the quality of life ,including subjective evaluation and objective measurement. Fitness exercise to the happiness index influence involved in emotion well-being, cognition well-being, flow and psychological well-being, etc. Integrate the happiness conception, construct a comprehensive model of happiness, adopt the unified standard measuring tool to investigate all of group, and in-depth analysis of the mechanism of intermediary role, overall, thorough and complete study of the effect of fitness exercise on well-being are the keys of the future research .
