新型全面护士培训模式对护士主观幸福感的影响

Effects of new mode of comprehensive nurse training on subjective well-being of nurses

摘要: 目的 探讨新型全面护士培训模式对护士主观幸福感的影响。 采用自制一般情况调查表和总体幸福感量表,对 162 名护理人员进行新型培训模式前后调查,对比分析实施新型全面护士培训模式前后护士主观幸福感的变化。方法 采用自制一般情况调查表和总体幸福感量表,对 162 名护理人员进行新型培训模式前后调查,对比分析实施新型全面护士培训模式前后护士主观幸福感的变化。结果 新 型全面护士培训模式实施后,护士总体幸福感和量表中对生活满足和兴趣、精力、抑郁和愉悦心境、对情感和行为的控 制、松弛和紧张 5 个维度评分均明显高于培训前,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历、职称、护龄、任职方 式及婚姻状况中,本科及以上学历、护龄 >10 年护士培训前后主观幸福感差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其他不同特征 护士培训后主观幸福感得分均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新型全面护士培训模式能提高护士主观幸福感。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of new mode of comprehensive nurse training on subjective wellbeing of nurses. Methods 162 nurses were inquired before and after adopting new mode of comprehensive nurse training with the self-designed general condition questionnaire and general well-being schedule and the changes of the subjective well-being of the nurses before and after the implementation of the new comprehensive nurse training mode were compared. ResultsAfter the implementation of the new comprehensive nurse training mode, the general well-being score and the score of life satisfaction and entertainment, energy, depression and cheerful mood, control of the emotions and behavior and tension and easement were significantly higher than that of before training, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Among the nurses with different degree, title, guard age, positions and marital status, the difference of nurses subjective well-being in those with bachelor’s degree or above and working time was over 10 years had no statistically significance(P>0.05). After training, the subjective well-being scores of other nurses with difference features were significantly improved, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The new mode of comprehensive nurse training can improve the subjective well-being of nurses.
