Abstract: Objective To study the dialectical and formula of traditional Chinese medicine for treating chronic atrophic gastritis by studying the Chinese medicine case of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A collection of traditional Chinese medical records in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis was used. Data analysis, clustering algorithms, and association rules analysis were used to summarize the available data and summarize the dialectical and prescription medications in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in traditional Chinese medicine law. Results 252 Chinese medicine cases related to atrophic gastritis were analyzed, and the common syndromes, specific treatment methods of how to use higher frequency Chinese herbal medicines, and association rules of drug compatibility among medical records were summarized. 32 core compatibility of medicines and 14 new prescriptions were discovered. Conclusion The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with Chinese medicine has certain rules to follow in syndrome differentiation, specific treatment, and medication. Therefore, the therapeutic law of atrophic gastritis obtained by means of analytical methods of translational medicine and data mining techniques of medical recordshas a certain degree of feasibility and clinical reference value.
