Snyder希望理论在慢性非恶性患者护理中的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 慢性非恶性疾病指除癌症以外的其他慢性疾病,由于该疾病的迁延不愈,给患者及其家属造成严重的心理负担。希望作为一种内在的心理力量,能增强患者面对疾病的自信心。现介绍Snyder希望理论的内涵,对慢性非恶性患者希望水平的影响因素及希望理论在慢性非恶性患者护理中的应用现状进行总结分析,为慢性非恶性患者制定针对性的干预措施提供参考。

Abstract: Chronic non-malignant diseases refer to other chronic diseases other than cancer, which cause serious psychological burden to patients and their families due to the persistence of the disease. Hope, as an inner psychological force, can enhance the patient's self-confidence in the face of the disease. This paper introduces the connotation of Snyder's theory of hope, summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors of the hope level of chronic non-malignant patients and the application status of hope theory in the nursing of chronic non-malignant patients, and provides a reference for the development of targeted intervention measures for chronic non-malignant patients.
