摘要: 脓毒性休克是在脓毒症的基础上,感染进行性加重,出现血流动力学不稳定,经充分液体复苏后仍出现低血压,而无其他低血压原因可循。作为脓毒性休克治疗的关键,液体复苏是治疗脓毒性休克的初始环节及基石,其旨在增加心输出量和改善组织氧合。总结与论述液体复苏的生理学机制、复苏液体类型、液体复苏剂量及液体复苏监测指标等方面的最新研究进展,以期加深对脓毒性休克及其液体复苏策略的认识,为脓毒性休克的临床救治与基础研究提供参考和借鉴。
