血磷在脓毒症中临床意义的研究进展

摘要: 脓毒症是感染所致的危及生命的急危重症,血磷在脓毒症的发生发展中扮演着重要的角色。血磷是机体的重要组成成分,具有许多生物活性,参与细胞膜磷脂双分子层的组成,维持细胞膜结构完整和功能正常。此外血磷作为三磷酸腺苷酶的组成成分,参与能量代谢。在氧的运输、调节酶促反应以及维持酸碱平衡方面也发挥重要作用。脓毒症患者常常出现低磷血症,并与多脏器功能障碍有关。现总结脓毒症中血磷的变化,为脓毒症的进一步研究和治疗提供新思路。

Abstract: Sepsis is a life-threatening critical illness caused by infection. Serum phosphorus plays an important role in the process of sepsis. Phosphorus is an element component of the body with many biological activities. It participates in the composition of the cell membrane phospholipid bilayer and maintains the normal structure and function of cell membrane. In addition, phosphorus as a component of ATP enzyme is involved in energy storage and transport. It also plays an important role in oxygen delivery, regulation of enzyme activity, and maintenance of acid-base balance in the body. Patients with sepsis often have hypophosphatemia, which is related to multiple organ dysfunction. This paper summarizes the changes of serum phosphorus in sepsis, and provides a new idea for further research and treatment of sepsis.
