虚拟仿真实验教学平台在病史采集教学中的应用

摘要: 针对医学生病史采集教学存在的时间场地受限、教学资源制约、临床思维培养不足等问题,将虚拟仿真技术引入病史采集实践教学。依托国家级实验教学示范中心的建设,基于虚拟现实、人机交互和网络通信等技术,构建了基于虚拟标准化病人的临床病史采集思维训练教学系统,推广应用于病史采集教学中。实施效果表明,临床病史采集思维训练虚拟仿真实验教学平台有利于提高医学生的学习兴趣和效果,有助于培养学生的自主学习能力和创新意识,促进学生知识技能、创新能力及综合素质的全面提升,为培养满足社会需求的实践型和应用型医学专业人才指明方向。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in medical history collection teaching, such as limited time and space,limited teaching resources, insufficient training of clinical thinking, etc.,the virtual simulation technology is introduced into medical history collection teaching. By relying on the construction of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center, based on virtual reality, human-computer interaction, network communication and other technologies, a clinical history collection thinking training system based on virtual standardized patients is constructed, popularization and application in themedical history collection teaching.The implementation results show that the virtual simulation experiment teaching platform for clinical history collection and thinking training is conducive to improving the learning interest and effect of medical students, cultivating students' autonomous learning ability and innovation consciousness, and promoting the overall improvement of students' knowledge skills, innovation ability and comprehensive quality, and points out the direction for cultivating practical and applied medical professional talents to meet the needs of society.
