Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of joint red-blue light combined with minomax therapy for acne vulgaris. Methods Oral minomax 100mg daily and continued for 20 days. Topical clindamycin and metronidazole liniment, 2 times a day. Alternating red-blue light irradiation, 2 times a week for 4 weeks. Results After four weeks, the cure ratio was 62.3%in treatead patients, and the effective ratio was 89.1%. Conclusion Red-blue light combined with minomax therapy for acne vulgaris is safely and effectively, and patients have higher satisfactions with it.
