Abstract: Objective To study the interventional thrombolysis treatment of superior mesenteric venous thrombosis (SMVT) observation and nursing care of patients. Methods 28 patients with SMVT treated between January 2005 and May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of those patients, 21 cases were cured, 6 cases improved, 1 case was discharged from our hospital for deterioration. Conclusion The interventional catheter thrombolysis is an effective method for the treatment of SMVT, catheter thrombolysis ifxed stable and effectively can prevent its emergence, and the shift, which is the assurance of successful treatment.
