Abstract: Objective To study the safety and efficacy of micro radiofrequency for the gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods The clinical data which a total of 97 patients underwent micro radiofrequency was analyed retrospectively in the hospital from October 2014 to January 2018. Results The operations were successfully performed in all patients and no operative deaths or severe complications occurred, the operation time ranged from 30 to 40 minutes, with an average(34.62±2.83)minutes. 85 cases were followed up for 6 months. On the six months after surgery: the scores Gerd-Q and De Meester were significantly lower than those before the operation(P<0.05), and the resting pressure of the lower esophageal sphincter was significantly higher than before the operation(P<0.05). The symptoms of 67 patients were completely disappeared or improved significantly, stopped or reduced the use of PPI, and 13 patients were relieved, reduced significantly in the use of PPI, 5 cases were invalid. The total efficiency was 94.10%.Conclusion The micro radiofrequency for the gastroesophageal reflux disease is safe, the short-term clinical effect is satisfactory.
